It went great.
But years later, the company lost its strategic and creative way, and they found themselves on the brink of bankruptcy.
Fortunately, they also found our phone number.
We helped re-launch the Sleep Number brand, focusing on the product fundamentals that had always set the brand apart. But we also corrected a key brand failing we’d uncovered in our market research: Nobody knew Sleep Number beds could only be found in Sleep Number stores.
Our national TV ads, set right in a Sleep Number store and starring actual Sleep Number employees, turned the business around. Sales saw double-digit growth for 13 straight quarters, the stock shot up from 19 cents to 35 dollars per share, and the company was once again helping America find its Sleep Number.
Sometimes finding a number can be a pretty good thing.
