WebMD

America’s premier health information website.

When we joined them in 2002, they were an unknown web startup with a failed TV campaign. We created a simpler campaign, one that explained clearly what WebMD meant for consumers—and consumers responded.

To further establish WebMD as an expert source of health information, we followed up with TV campaigns that invited viewers to take a WebMD “HealthCheck.” Hundreds of thousands of viewers flocked to the site to assess their health in a range of conditions, such as depression, diabetes and cholesterol.

The results of our efforts? In 2010 and 2011, in a nationally recognized Millward Brown brand survey, WebMD was voted “most trusted brand in America.”
